These terms apply to mcploot.com, run by SPARQ VENTURES UG (haftungsbeschränkt). See the imprint.

What mcploot is

mcploot is a directory of MCP servers and agent skills. We collect public facts from sources such as the Official MCP Registry, open source lists, and project repositories. We show these facts in one place.

We do not build, host, test, or audit the listed servers and skills. A listing is not a recommendation or a security review. You install and run them at your own risk. Check the source code, requested permissions, and accessible data before granting access.

Accuracy

We try to keep data accurate. However, sources change and extraction can fail. We mark unconfirmed facts as "Unknown". If you find an error, email info@sprqvntrs.com.

Your account

You may hold one account. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Ratings and comments

When you rate or comment, you agree to:

  • rate only from your own experience
  • post nothing unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading
  • post no spam, advertising, or promotional links
  • not impersonate anyone else

You keep the rights to your comments. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display them on mcploot.com while published.

We may hide comments that violate these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that violate them repeatedly.

Names and trademarks

Product and company names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. A listing implies no endorsement or partnership. mcploot is not affiliated with the Official MCP Registry or Anthropic.

Liability

We provide mcploot free of charge. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaching an essential obligation, and only for damage foreseeable when you used the service. Otherwise, we exclude all liability.

Changes

We may change these terms. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page.

Law

German law applies.
